I’m not talking about when you sleep. I’m talking about dreaming about your life. We all get so caught up in the day to day it can be easy to lose sight of what it is you really want out of life.
Walt Disney is famous for saying “If you can dream it, you can achieve it.”
It's time to start dreaming about your ideal life so you can get really clear about what you want it to be like.
In this video, I'll take you through an exercise called “The Perfect Day."
Thinking about our ideal lives can be challenging. We might have desires to do something different - start a fitness routine, learn a new skill, or even change careers. However, those desires will never turn into action if we don’t visualize it, recognize it, and act on it.
Once you know the goal, you can figure out the steps to get there.
