I’m thrilled to share some exciting news — I was named Woman of the Year – Multifamily at the REjournals Illinois Real Estate Awards.

This recognition is deeply meaningful to me because it reflects the heart and vision I’ve poured into Luxury Living and the multifamily industry over the years — from leading large-scale lease-ups to mentoring women and elevating standards for how leasing is done in Chicago.

I’ve always believed leadership is about more than hitting targets — it’s about creating an environment where others can rise. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege to mentor through programs like JCC WomenInPower and The Goldie Initiative, as well as host women’s leadership retreats that combine vision, business strategy, and personal growth.

Receiving this award is not just a personal achievement — it’s a reminder of why I do this work: to shape an industry where women lead, innovate, and thrive.
