RISE: A Retreat for Awakened Women Leading Change

RISE is a sacred container to support you to: clarify your calling and genius as a leader for change, reconnect you with your inner wisdom and feminine power to guide your way forward, and connect you with a community of awakened women in Chicago on a similar path in leading radical, loving change in our world.

Your hosts, Gina Marotta & Amy Galvin, are at the forefront of this work. This event is the first in a series of quarterly retreats for 2024. As the inaugural event of the year, a key outcome is to help you set your intentions for 2024. In addition, as will be true for all gatherings, you will also receive wisdom teachings on shifting out of unconscious patriarchal programming so that you will be at the forefront of liberated feminine leadership inside of your own work and life.

At the event, you’ll learn and be guided through a simple yet powerful feminine framework to set your intentions for 2024. This technology allows for both focus and flexibility to move through your year in a feminine flow. You will be able to expand with opportunities as they arise and contract when you sense a need to be inward. Ultimately, this sets you up to rise throughout your year with full permission to be yourself and be responsive to how your purpose and calling want to move through you.

You will begin 2024:  CLEAR, CONFIDENT, ALIGNED, and IN FLOW.

2. New codes and operating systems for liberated feminine leadership.

At the event, you’ll receive wisdom and training that puts you at the forefront of liberated feminine leadership for our time. This training is a mix of mystical and practical wisdom. You’ll enjoy esoteric divine feminine teachings as well as grounded business best practices to serve you in our evolving times. 

You will feel: ALIVE, EMPOWERED, EXPANSIVE, and TRUSTING.

3. Connection with a community to support your path.

An essential part of feminine liberation for our times is to come together and support each other in empowering ways. At this event, you’ll meet ambitious, awakened women who are also leading change from their gifts to create a better world. For you, as a woman pioneering change, your strength and grit will be deeply enhanced when surrounded by women on a similar path willing to do deep inner work and stand for change against the status quo.

Your ticket includes an additional Zoom gathering on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, from 11:30 AM - 12:30 AM CST. Amy Galvin is a business leader, coach, and women’s equality advocate who works with individuals and companies to create more equitable workplaces and experiences for women. Amy is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Luxury Living Chicago Realty - a six-time Inc. 5000, fastest-growing company in America. In her time leading the organization, she has intentionally created a workplace where women have a seat at the table. Amy has been recognized as a Who's Who in Chicago Real Estate and a Bisnow Chicago Power Woman for her leadership and support of women in business.

Gina Marotta is a coach, lawyer, and women’s potential expert. She coaches and teaches individuals and teams globally about cultivating the power of “Feminine Genius.” This includes harnessing your innate talent and your feminine energy to do work that heals the world. Gina understands the plight of modern professionals having worked early in her career as a criminal defense attorney followed by a managing director position for a national nonprofit organization. Gina is a contributing author to the book Readings in Restorative Justice where she wrote about transforming her legal career from hard work to healing work. She has been featured in media outlets such as: Thrive Global, The Huffington Post, CBS News, WGN Radio, and The American Bar Association Magazine.
